These general conditions are valid exclusively between the company

GEDEBE s.r.l., with registered office in Via di San Giacomo 4a, 00187 Roma, REA RM – 1433830, P.IVA 13261421005 below called \’\’ SELLER ‘\’ and any person who shops online on the website shop.gedebe.it below called “CUSTOMER”. These conditions may be subject to change and the date of publication of the same on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force.

These conditions govern purchases made on the website shop.gedebe.it, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the

Consumer Code, D.lgs. n. 206/2005, modified by D.lgs. n. 21/2014 and  by D.lgs. 70/2003 in the field of e-commerce.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The customer, simultaneously with the transmission of the purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in its relations with the SELLER, the general conditions and payment transcribed below, declaring to have read and accepted all the indications provided to him in accordance with the aforementioned regulations. The Site is dedicated to retail sale and as such is intended for the exclusive use of Consumers. Persons who are not Final Consumers are advised not to execute purchase orders. The Customer expressly declares to make the purchase for purposes unrelated to the commercial activity and undertakes not to trade in the purchased goods.

Customer commitments

These General Conditions of Sale must be examined by the customers who visit the site before they confirm their purchases. The submission of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of them and their full

acceptance. The Customer agrees and obliges, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process carried out.

Sales prices

The list prices listed in the online store, including VAT and may change at any time without the SELLER having to give any communication, we also declines any responsibility for any wrong description. If the Products are to be delivered in a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation, including indirect taxes (if applicable) is net of any customs duties and any other sales tax, which the customer undertakes now to pay, if due, in addition to the price indicated in the order, according to the provisions of the law of the country in which the products will be delivered.

The Consumer is invited to inquire with the competent bodies of their country of residence or destination of the products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in their country of residence or destination of the products. The final confirmation of the order will be sent to the Customer, always by e-mail when the transaction is completed and will contain the same information.

Purchase mode

Purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, are carried out by the Customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of sending the order confirmation, in addition to the transport costs as below specified, and

anyway displayed at the time of purchase. The purchase order transmitted by the Customer to the Seller through the Site has the value of a contractual proposal and is governed by these general conditions of sale, which are an integral part of the order itself and that the Consumer, by sending the order to the Seller , is obliged to accept fully and without reservation.

Before confirming the purchase to the Customer will be summarized the unit cost of each chosen product, the total cost in case of purchase of several products and the relative transport costs. The customer will then be required to communicate via relevant connection the relevant data to make the payment by credit card or PayPal.

Confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive an email containing the Date and the total amount of his order and the details of the same.

Cancellation of orders

GEDEBE srl reserves the right to cancel an order or an article of the order if the following circumstances occur:

   ◦     items that are no longer available in stock;

   ◦     articles that due to problems can not be delivered by suppliers;

   ◦     credit card fraud;

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller who will send the Customer

an acceptance or a refusal of the order as soon as possible.

The Seller reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to cancel any order in

case of material errors related to the Customer\’s order or with the information

sent by the Customer through the site \”shop.gedebe.it\”, or if any further

verification of the credit conditions of the Customer suggested such

cancellation.

Shipping and returns

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and the amount will be displayed together with the purchase.

The shipment deadline will be communicated to you when the order is confirmed.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouses you will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation where you will find a link from which you can monitor the delivery of the order.

If you are residing in an extra-EC country, we advise you to inquire about local taxes and duties before closing the order.

All shipments for python goods with destinations outside of the EU must necessarily be accompanied by a CITES certificate.

The Cites certificate is a document that will accompany your shipment. It is a very important document because it certifies the origin of the leather, the quantity of leather used to create the article, and the production process that the leather has undergone. This certificate is mandatory for all shipments outside of the EU. The cost of such a certificate is 30 euro.

Generally, the package arrives directly at the customer’ home, without this having to intervene in the customs clearance procedure.

However, if the customs of the destination country should find it necessary, the customer would need to intervene in the process, sometimes with a simple phone call, more rarely in other way.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t depend on us and we can’t predict it in advance.

Gedebe will remain available for you until the package arrives. And beyond.

 The extra-EC shipping is with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula; any customs duties are charged to the customer. The courier may submit a separate invoice requesting payment of the taxes requested by the local authorities. Currently Gedebe is not able to ship to PO boxes or APO / FPO addresses (American bases); Sorry, but unfortunately we are not able to deliver to APO / FPO addresses. A shipment is possible only to physical addresses.

RETURNS

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 15 days of receipt of goods and is exercised by sending an email to info@gedebe.it containing the order number, the items to be returned. Once the procedure has been completed, gedebe.it will send an e-mail confirmation containing the shipping label and the instructions to be respected to send the goods back.

To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the products purchased must be delivered to the Seller intact (without any sign of wear, abrasion, scratching, scratching, deformation, etc.), complete with all their elements and accessories, from the original packaging and packaging from the certificate of guarantee, if any. The safety thread present on the articles must not be cut or broken. Failing the customer will not be entitled to return the amount paid. The only costs of returning the goods are charged to the customer. The price paid will be reimbursed within 30 days following the return of the goods, less the delivery costs. After checking the integrity of the returned products, the SELLER will proceed to the reimbursement due. Returns authorized by Gedebe must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for any customized products.

Intellectual property rights

The Customer declares to be informed that the brand, the names, as well as any distinctive sign, name, image, photograph, written text or graphic used on the Site or related to the Products are and remain the exclusive property of Gedebe Srl and / or his assignees, without access to the Website and / or from the purchase of the Products may derive from the Customer any right over the same.

The contents of the Site may not be reproduced, either in whole or in part, transferred by electronic or conventional means, modified, or used for any purpose without the prior written consent of Gedebe Srl.
