How to return

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN

–      Send us an email with the request for authorization to return to info@gedebe.it, take note of the return authorization number that you must write in the Billing: P / P space of the label in your possession.

–      Prepare the package: insert the product in the original package so that it is protected.

–      Attacks the prepaid UPS / DHL label on the package.

–      Deliver the package at a nearest Ups / Dhl Point (look for the one in your area by consulting the Location page on www.ups.com) or alternatively we will book the withdrawal.

–      By following this procedure, return shipping is totally free. Once received the package at our warehouse, it will take 5 to 10 working days for it to be processed, then we will credit you the refund on the same payment method used for the order. A credit card refund can take up to 30 days. For more information, contact your card provider.
